Pandit Shiv Dayal Batish discusses the issue of musical civility in Indian music. He looks at the idea of how the various schools of thought that represent the core of the Indian musical spectrum can create a dis-unity in the musical voice and disrupt the learning process for a student of this art. This broadcast is in the Hindi language. We hope to have a transcript available for our English speaking students very soon. As in any topic of discussion, we regret any errors or omissions.
